Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Spinmama Casino (the “App”) is developed and published by Fortuna AS (developer name FORTUNA AS; “we”, “us”, “our”), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Our address is c/o Anette Rønnov Brandts gate 2D, 0171 Oslo, Norway. You can reach us at emily.johnson9245@gmail.com.

This policy explains what the App does and does not do with information. It applies to the Android application (package com.spinmama.casino.app) and to this website. It is written in plain terms because the honest answer is short.

2. What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store on our systems, sell or share any personal data from the App. Specifically, the App does not collect:

• your name, email address, phone number or postal address;
• any account, profile or login — there is no sign-in and no account to create;
• device identifiers, advertising identifiers or an IP address;
• location data of any kind;
• contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera input;
• usage analytics, crash telemetry or event logs;
• payment or billing information — there is nothing to pay for.

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to share with third parties, and no data is transferred out of your device or out of your country by the App.

3. Why that is technically the case

The App does not declare android.permission.INTERNET, so the operating system does not let it open a network connection. An app that cannot reach the network cannot send your data anywhere. It asks for no runtime permissions either: no storage, location, camera, microphone or contacts. The only permission entry in the built App is an internal, signature-level permission that the AndroidX Core library adds so the App's own components can talk to each other; it gives no access to the network, to your data or to device features.

The App is built from Android's own libraries (AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, Material 3, Navigation, Lifecycle and Jetpack DataStore) and the Gson JSON library. It contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, no sign-in service and no billing or payment library, and it reads no advertising identifier.

4. What the App stores on your device

The App keeps your progress locally, in one Jetpack DataStore preferences file inside the App's own private storage on the device. That file holds a single entry with your game state:

• your chip balance (play money only), your kitchen level and experience;
• your play statistics — spins played, chips staked and won, winning spins, your biggest win and the machine it came from, free-spin features triggered, win streaks, your longest cascade, a count of wins by size, and spins and wins per machine;
• the bet you last chose on each machine and whether turbo spins are switched on;
• your achievement progress and which achievements you have completed;
• the day you last opened the Daily Gift, when Mama's Refill timer finishes and how many refills you have taken;
• whether you have confirmed that you are 18 or over and whether you have finished the onboarding.

The App reads the device clock only to know whether today's Daily Gift has been opened and when the one-minute Mama's Refill timer ends; nothing beyond the items above is recorded. None of this is personal data about you, none of it leaves the device through the App, and none of it is visible to us. Other applications cannot read it.

5. Backups and moving to a new phone

The App declares android:allowBackup="false", so it opts out of Android's automatic backup of app data to your Google account. Your progress is not uploaded anywhere by the App or by us.

On Android 12 and later, Android can still copy app data directly from your old phone to a new one during a device-to-device transfer (by cable or local wireless connection). If you use such a transfer, your local progress file may be copied to your new device. That copy goes straight from one of your devices to the other; it never reaches us.

6. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the App removes its private storage, and with it everything listed above. You can also clear it without uninstalling, from Settings → Apps → Spinmama Casino → Storage → Clear storage (the exact wording depends on your device). Inside the App, Info → Game settings → Reset progress starts a fresh trattoria: chips, level, statistics and achievements go back to the start. Either way the deletion is immediate, local and complete — we hold no copy, so there is nothing for you to ask us to erase.

7. Retention

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Your local file stays on your device for as long as the App is installed and you choose to keep it.

8. Sharing, disclosure and transfers

We do not share, sell, rent or disclose personal data, because we hold none. There are no advertising partners, no data brokers, no analytics providers and no third-party service providers involved in the App. There is no international transfer of your data, because your data never leaves your device through the App. If we were ever required by law to disclose personal data, we would have nothing to hand over.

9. Age: adults only (18+)

The App is a social casino game: it depicts slot machines and simulates gambling with play money. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over, opens with an 18+ confirmation screen and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, and therefore not from a child. If you believe a child is using the App, uninstall it from that device or use the parental controls in Google Play and on the device itself.

10. Play money only

Play money only. No real-money gambling and nothing here can be bought or cashed out. Chips, the currency of the App, are virtual: they have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or withdrawn, and cannot be converted into money, goods or prizes. There is no in-app purchase and no payment component.

Chips come only from the 5 000 you start with, from play itself, from the Daily Gift and from Mama's Refill. Nothing about the App is monetised through you, so there is no commercial reason for us to profile you. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

11. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies in Norway through the EEA Agreement and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, and under comparable laws elsewhere, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data a controller holds about you. We hold no personal data about users of the App, so in practice there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase — your local file is already entirely under your own control and is deleted by uninstalling.

You are still welcome to contact us at emily.johnson9245@gmail.com with any question about this policy, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Norway, Datatilsynet).

12. Security

The App's data is stored inside the Android application sandbox and is protected by the operating system, which keeps it private to the App. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no transport to intercept and no server of ours that could be breached.

13. This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, shows no advertising and has no forms, logins or trackers. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.

The pages do load styling, fonts, icons and a scroll-animation script from public content delivery networks — cdn.tailwindcss.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). As with any external resource, those providers necessarily see the request, including your IP address and browser user agent, and handle it under their own privacy policies. We receive nothing from them. Whichever static host serves this site may also keep standard server logs, which we do not use to identify anyone.

14. Changes to this policy

If the App ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if a future version requested a new permission — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before that version ships. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
